The Folsom High School Track is a state-of-the-art facility conveniently located just off of State Highway 50, about 30 miles northeast of Sacramento (California’s State Capitol). The region is serviced by The Sacramento International Airport (SMF), Amtrack, and Sacramento is a hub for the interstate highways I-80 and I-5.

The all-weather 10-lane track has stadium seating for 4,500 and plenty of free parking.

A Great Place to Visit!
There are many reasonably-priced lodging options within a few miles of the facility. The Sacramento/Folsom area is famous for its rich Gold Rush history. The beautiful American River Parkway offers boating, fishing, cycling, hiking, and running opportunities. Also nearby are antique stores, upscale and outlet malls, fine dining, and wine country. Lake Tahoe is a mere hour-and-a-half-drive away.
