Meb Keflezighi-(San Diego HS)-Marathon, Silver medal, 2:11:29.  Won mile at 1994 GWI (4:07.75).

Muna Lee-(Central HS, Kansas City, MO)-7th in 200 final (22.87).  3rd in 100 (11.89) at 1999 GWI.

Kellie Willie (Sterling HS, Houston, TX)-Ran in prelims, Gold medal 4×400 relay.  At 2002 GWI, finished 1st in 400 (45.52) and 2nd in 200 (20.3).  In 2001, placed 1st in 400 (46.04).

Erin Aldrich (Lake Highland HS, Dallas, Texas).  Competed in High Jump.  Won 1996 GWI with a jump of 6’2.25.  Also won 1995 GWI (6-0).

Ato Bolden-100 meters silver (9.99), 200 meters bronze (20.20) Ran 10.58 for 3rd in the 100 and 21.47 for 4th in the 200 in the 1991 meet.

James Carter (Merganthaler, Baltimore, MD)-4th in 400 Hurdles final (48.04). 2d, GWI 4001996 (47.13).

Hazel Clark (Columbia HS, Maplewood, NJ)-Placed 7th in 800 final (1:58.75).  Won the 1995 GWI in 2:05.50.

Stacy Dragila-(Placer HS, Auburn)-Gold medal in Pole Vault (4.60m).  2nd in 400 Hurdles at 1990 GWI.

Kenny Evans (Pine Bluff HS, AR).  Placed 13th in High Jump (2.20m).  6th in 1995 GWI (6’6).

John Godina (Central HS, Cheyenne, WY)-Earned Bronze medal in Shot Put (21.20).  Won 1990 GWI Discus with a throw of  192-11 and placed 5th in shot put (61-9.75).

Chad Harting (Mexico HS, MO).  Competed in Pole Vault.  Also competed in 1990 GWI Pole Vault.

Floyd Heard (John Marshall HS, Milwaukee, WI). Competed in 200 Meters in 2000 and was the oldest sprinter to make an Olympic Team. Won the 100 (10.27) and 200 (20.65) meters at the 1985 GWI.

Monique Hennegan (Spring Valley HS, Columbia, SC)-Gold medal 4×400 relay (3:22.62).  Won 1994 GWI in 52.73.

Alvin Harrison* (North Salinas, Salinas, CA): Silver medal in 400 meters (44.40) and Gold on 4×400 relay (2:56.35).  2nd in 1993 GWI in 47.08.

Calvin Harrison* (North Salinas, Salinas, CA): Gold medal, 4×400 relay team (2:56.35). 1st, 1993 GWI 400 in 45.47, 2d in 200 in 20.57.

CJ Hunter * (Roosevelt HS, Hyde Park, NY)-Qualified in Shot Put.  4th at 1986 GWI (61-3.5).

Nick Hysong (Tolleson HS, AZ)-Gold in Pole Vault (5.90m).  2d at1990 GWI (16’6).

Meb Keflezighi– (San Diego HS)-12th in 10,000 (27:53.63).Won mile at 1994 GWI (4:07.75).

Melvin Lister (Leavenworth HS, KS)-Competed in Long Jump.  Won the 1996 GWI with a jump of 23-9.25.  Also won the Triple Jump (51’ 0.5”).

Suzy Powell– (Downey HS, Modesto)-Competed in Discus.  Won 1994 GWI with a throw of 170-11.

Jason Pyrah-10th in 1500 meter final.  Won 1987 GWI mile at 4:04.25.

Adam Setliff (Bell, Hurst, TX)-5th in Discus final (66.02m).  Threw 196-11 for 2nd at GWI in 1988.

Michael Stember (Jesuit HS)-Competed in 1500 meters, advanced to Semi-Finals.  Won mile at 1995 GWI (4:08.51) & 1996 GWI (4:06.38).; 2d as a sophmore 1994 GWI (4:11.26).

Jerome Young* (Prince Technical HS, Hartford, CT).  Gold medal 4×400 relay.  At 1995 GWI, 2nd in 400 (45.89) and 3rd in 200 (21.74).

Randy Barnes (St. Albans, WV): 1st in shot put (70-11.25). 65- 6.5 for 3d in 1985 and 5th in the discus at 182- 5.

Brad Barquist (Interlake, Bellvue, WA): 16th in his 10K heat. 7th in the 1986 3000 in 8:46.95.

Brian Bronson (Jasper, TX): 8th in 400 IH semi-final. Won 1991 GWI 300IH in 36.2 and the 200 in 20.84.

Ed Broxterman (B & B, Baileyville, KS): Did not qualify for HJ finals. 2nd in 1992 meet at 7- 0.

John Godina (Central, Cheyenne, WY): 2d in shot (68- 2.5). Did not qualify for finals in discus. In 1990 threw 61- 9.75 for 5th and won discus with 192-11.

Matt Guisto (San Mateo, CA): 9th in heat in 5K. Ran 8:28.87 for 4th in 1984 3000.

Janet Hill (Washington, Shreveport, LA): Did not qualify for final in discus throw. Won discus (169- 4) and 4th in shot (42- 8.25) in 1988 meet.

C.J. Hunter* (Roosevelt, Hyde Park, NY): 7th in finals with 66-10.75. 4th in 1986 GWI at 61- 3.5 and won the 16# shot competition, 51- 0.5

Anthuan Maybank (Georgetown, SC): Gold medal in 4×400 relay (2:55.99) – his anchor leg 43.87. 2d at 1989 GWI in both the 200 (21.78) and 400 (46.39).

Dan Middleman (Clarke, Westbury, NY): 17th in heat in 10K. Ran 8:15.17 for 2d in 1987 GWI 3000.

Derek Mills (DeMatha, Hyattsville, MD): Ran the 3d leg (43.66) on the gold medal (2:55.99) 4×400 relay. Won 1990 GWI 400 in 46.43.

Mike Powell (Edgewood, West Covina, CA): 5th in long jump at 26- 9.75. 7th at 6- 8 in 1981 HJ.

Suzie Powell (Downey, Modesto, CA): Did not qualify for final in discus throw. Won discus (170-11) and 2d in javelin (143- 5) in 1994 GWI.

Jason Pyrah (Willard, MO): 9th in heat in 1500. Won 1987 GWI mile at 4:04.25.

Arthur Blake (Haines City, FL): Out in the 110 HH semi-finals. Won in 1984 in 13.18w and was 2d in 400IH at 50.66.

Brian Blutreich (Capistrano Valley, Mission Viejo, CA): Did not qualify in the shot put trials. In 1985 meet won the shot at 67- 5.5 and finished first in the discus with 202- 1.

Hollis Conway (Fairpark, Shreveport, LA): Tied for 3d in the high jump (7- 8). 6th at 7- 0 in 1985 and 2d in the triple jump at 49- 7.5

Danny Everett (Fairfax, Los Angeles, CA): Injured in 400 semi-final. Won 1985 GWI in 46.06

Steve Lewis (American, Fremont, CA): 2d at 400 (44.21) and gold medal (anchor – 43.4) in the world record 4×400 relay (2:55.74). Won 1987 400 in 46.14.

Mike Powell (Edgewood, West Covina, CA): Silver medal in Long Jump (28- 4.25). In 1981 meet cleared 6- 8 for 7th in the high jump.
